Danielle has been a godsend to me! After being diagnosed with osteoporosis, I knew that I needed to start a strength training program, but I hate working out using machines. I'm intimidated by them and find them complicated to manage. I also didn't enjoy weight training and knew that if I was going to do this, I would need to have a coach. One of the goals I set out for myself upon retiring was to become physically stronger. Toward that end, I was delighted to find Danielle Townsend as a personal trainer. I knew I didn’t need a babysitter, or someone to make me accountable; I wanted to work with someone who could help me develop a plan, and the skills needed to carry that out on my own.
Danielle has been that person for me. Over the course of our work together, she has taught me the right way to do specific exercises and has helped me develop several different routines that I can perform. These varied routines allow me to switch between them, so that I don’t get bored. I have routines to do with free weights, as well as those to do with various exercise machines.
Danielle was also exceedingly helpful to me in returning to my strengthening goal after recovering from foot surgery.
I think one of my favorite things that Danielle helped me learn, is to not be afraid of any piece of equipment; the assisted chin-up machine is one that always appeared to be out of reach for me. At our last session, I was able to say that I felt I had made strides toward becoming stronger. I know that every time I use the assisted chin-up machine, I actually do feel myself becoming even more powerful!

I had a powerful hypnotherapy session with Danielle. Prior to the actual session, we connected to discuss what specifically I'd like to be supported with so that she could prepare to make sure I got the most out of our time together.
During the actual session, I was able to deeply relax.
